An international cluster for personalised nutrition (PE) is being created at the Neuro Culinary Center in Vitznau - as a network provider, test laboratory and stage for the nutritional vision of the future.
The PE cluster, which is being created in close collaboration with foodward and the ZHAW, brings together all relevant players in the food production value chain with the aim of better understanding the connections between enjoyment, taste and health in the sense of neurogastronomy as well as the gut-brain interaction. This allows gaining insights and devolping personalised products for greater well-being and better health.
