Restaurant DAS MORGEN
The restaurant opens its doors on May 1st, seven days a week. We focus on a healthy, sustainable and individual selection of dishes, which should center on the taste and needs of our guests.
The food is labeled according to neurological benefits, and we share knowledge about nutritional values, allergens and the effects of food on the human body. Our goal with Das Morgen restaurant is to provide a unique gastronomic experience for all employees in the region. Making their lunch and dinner breaks a highlight of the day.
The science behind F.B.I
We have developed three different food categories. Each relates to a specific nutritional aspect that a range of dishes should fulfill. When consumed regularly and in combination, they can help combat common nutrient deficiencies. If you only consume one way and not the others, you won't experience all the benefits of our health approach. So choose what you want each day of your visit, but make sure you choose different categories during your stay.
